As our Housing Manager you’ll be the face to face customer support to our communities. This is the perfect job for you if you like variety and delivering excellent services to our customers and communities, especially as this role is mobile so you’ll jump in to where needs the additional support! You could spend a few weeks on a project in fire safety, or a month dealing with estates, to supporting with rent – loads to keep you on your toes here! You’ll spend your week mixing working from home, with working in our fab new sparkly Liverpool Street office space, and the rest of your time in the community. Typical day as a Housing Manager Through visibility, engagement with customers and proactivity on our estates, you’ll really get to get to know our communities. You’ll look after a number of patches and neighbourhoods. Through visibility, engagement with customers and proactivity on our estates, you’ll really get to get to know our communities. This will help us to improve our local neighbourhoods. Proactively managing anti-social behaviours in our estates, responding to customer queries and complaints. Managing our voids process including liaising with local authorities. Carry out estate inspections, engaging and meeting with contractors on site, as well as carrying out and recording the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities.
