Where you could work You’ll be helping our vulnerable customers across our services which will include customers with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health issues, enduring health needs, elderly customers and those with complex needs. You could find yourself working in one of our accommodation based services, registered care homes or even supporting our customers in a community or home based setting. There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from supporting our customers to achieve their hopes and aspirations, working to bespoke care plans. One day you might be helping our customer manage their finance or household tasks, the next you might spend the day together cooking lunch, then watching their favourite boxset on Netflix.
