This Business Development Manager role is a brilliant opportunity for someone currently working in a technical customer facing role within the coding and marking (or related consumables) sector to join a small but ambitious British manufacturer and supplier. You could be a Service Engineer, a Project Manager or working in technical sales support and want to progress into a field sales role. BASIC SALARY: up to A GBP 45,000 BENEFITS: A Commission and Annual Bonus to earn circa A GBP 30,000A Tesla LOCATION: Home based covering the Midlands and South of England OR to cover the North of England depending on your current location. COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Birmingham, Sheffield, Bristol, Bradford, Swindon, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Northampton, Cambridge, Leicester JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Development Manager, Sales Engineer, Service Engineer, Project Manager, Technical Sales : Coding and Marking equipment Covering half the country : either Midlands and South of England or, depending on your current location, covering the North of England with a 40 account management / 60 business development split. As our Business Development Manager, you will have very realistic targets on both hardware sales turnover and margin. PERSON SPECIFICATION : Business Development Manager, Sales Engineer, Service Engineer, Project Manager, Technical Sales : Coding and Marking equipment A You MUST have a proven track record in a technical customer facing role within the coding and marking (or related consumables) market A You MUST be willing and able (with training and support) to generate new business. AIdeally you will have an engineering or technical background. THE COMPANY: A well established British manufacturer and supplier of a full range of coding and marking solutions including CIJ, Large Character, Hot Stamp, Print and Apply labelling and TTOP based systems sold to the manufacturing sector.
