The Role: A fantastic, yet rare opportunity has arisen as we are looking for a talented, dynamic and hands on Executive Head Chef to take the reins in our established kitchen team. The ideal candidate will lead, motivate and inspire the team, creating the right culture within our kitchens to drive consistency and be an ambassador for our culinary team. You will be required to work on a flexible rota pattern, which includes working weekends, bank holidays and evenings where required.
