We are seeking a Business Unit Lead to support our ETHICON Endomech and Energy business in the UK. Purpose of the role Lead a high-performing team to develop and deliver a robust sales and marketing plan which delivers strong sustainable growth for the ETHICON Endomech and Energy business in the UK. It will be critical to work with the cross functional team to implement the plan for 2024/2025, strong growth strategies and continue to shape the rapidly changing environment to prepare for the launch of new technologies. The role requires strong strategic and operational skills alongside a passion for talent development. Required Duties and Responsibilities: GB cluster lead for endomech and energy (EMNRG) platforms, sets strategy in UK in alignment with regional and global direction, also drives national execution for these platforms. Develop consolidated plans for short term and long-term growth in the ETHICON EMNRG Platforms in the UK. Drive business growth by flawlessly implementing the plan, while continuing to seek opportunities to grow the business by translating customer and market insights into value-based opportunities. Part of the GB Ethicon LT, works closely with experienced Leadership Team members to backss, influence, and shape the external environment. This includes partnering with hospital trusts, and health boards, private hospital groups, industry & trade associations, payers, professional societies, and patient advocacy groups and KOLs as well as seeking and implementing internal and external partnership opportunities.
