The ideal candidate will participate in building the existing practice, have significant client contact, and move into a leadership role in the long term. Academically distinguished applicants with excellent writing and analytical skills are sought to assume responsibility in this very active practice. Job Overview:Participate in building the existing tax practice.Engage in significant client contact.Aspire to move into a leadership role within the firm in the long term. Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to tax matters.Draft legal documents including wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on tax planning strategies.Represent clients in tax-related disputes and proceedings. Requirements:Juris Doctorate or better in Law.5+ years of relevant experience in estate planning.Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.Excellent writing and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Skills:Proficient in legal research and analysis.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
