Responsibilities: • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion• Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so the process is done in a timely manner• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion• Lead generation• Real estate sales• Buyer lead follow-up• Set appointments• Execute appointments• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• A real estate license is required• Ability to learn and coachable• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions About Company: As a team, Kindred Real Estate did over $54 million in gross sales in 2022.
