Strategic Partnership Lead Northeast and Northwest (hybrid with occasional national travel) Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), flexible hours Starting salary £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, negotiable based on skills and experience, plus, brilliant benefits including health cash plan! You will help us to develop and maintain strategic partnerships that support a pipeline of growth in our supported housing and care services across England. You’ll manage a variety of opportunities and relationships to help us retain and win new business and, this is where you’ll make your mark! Typical day as a Strategic Partnership Lead As an expert in your area, you will lead and influence growth by identifying opportunities and developing bespoke solutions to commissioner and customer need. You will build and nurture key stakeholder relationships with a range of external and internal partners. You’ll be seeking out new opportunities, by building commissioner relationships at a place-based, community and Integrated Care Board level. Working closely with our operational managers you will use your commercial acumen and knowledge of external Health and Social Care commissioning environments to develop innovative services that encourage people to thrive.
