Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to all tax regulations and requirements, including the preparation and submission of tax returns. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making. Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors and provide assistance during financial audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency and accuracy. Legal Compliance: Stay informed about relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the finance team and departments across the organization to meet financial reporting and analysis needs. Requirements: Certification: Certified Bilanzbuchhalter qualification or equivalent certification in accounting or finance.
