Job Title:Loan AdministratorLocation:BiltmoreWhat you'll do:The Loan Administrator will assist the Warehouse Lending Group in documenting, negotiating, and closing various types of warehouse lending transactions. The Loan Administrator may draft and/or review basic legal documents, contracts, and correspondence, and also direct outside counsel in connection with the documentation of warehouse lending transactions.What we are looking for: Conduct the initial drafting and/or review of certain loan documents and agreements, and in other instances serve as a liaison between outside counsel and clients in drafting and negotiating loan documents. Works closely with loan and credit officers within the Warehouse Lending Group to ensure lending transactions are documented efficiently and in accordance with credit approvals.What you need to have: Required Education: High school diploma Desired Education: paralegal training or certificate 10+ years of experience in a mortgage warehouse or another secured lending environment Intermediate to strong knowledge of general banking operations, including loan processing and boarding, deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services Intermediate to strong knowledge of secured lending transactions, and loan documentation process Intermediate to strong knowledge of mortgage lending rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices Intermediate to strong Microsoft Office experienceBenefits you'll love:We offer all the important things you'd want - like competitive salaries, an ownership stake in the company, medical and dental insurance, time off, a great 401k matching program, tuition assistance program, an employee volunteer program, and a wellness program.
