The candidate will engage with the Team to create a collaborative culture, including actively engaging and participating in Legal Team daily huddles, weekly firm meetings, and firm growth-building exercises/meetings. Will engage in contemporaneous timekeeping. Comfortable learning how to use case management software. Actively participating in systemizing, developing, and refining the firms operating systems by drafting/updating the firms policies and procedures, including preparing templates, scripts, diagrams, workflows, and/or videos. Must be experienced in Microsoft Office suite (MS Word and Outlook). Must be licensed to practice in the State of Washington. The firm is based in Washington and practices in Divorce, Washington Divorce Solutions, Legal Separation and Children's Divorce Issues. They offer supportive, experienced, guidance toward cost-effective solutions.Additional Skills: The candidate should have excellent organizational skills; able to work independently with a remote support staff; professional, ethical, courteous, accountable, and Team driven; detailed oriented; communicates with mindfulness; admits and learns from mistakes; Sense of humor. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills are essential.
