We are looking for a Process Optimization and Retail Support Analyst who will play a crucial role in improving and evolving processes and systems of the Retail Enablement team. The position may be based in all offices across Canada. The Retail Enablement – Core Store Systems team is a key business unit that supports Retail Operations teams and Stores for the banners: IGA Extra, Sobeys, Safeway, Thrifty Foods, Fresh Co, IGA, Foodland, Tradition, Rachelle-Béry, and Lawtons Drugs. The team works closely with Sobeys partners (Project Office, IT, Logistics, Merchandising, Replenishment, Finance, L&D, Store Support) and acts as a liaison with Retail Operations. The Analyst will be responsible for the functional health and utilization of select core Retail Systems (CAO, FIM, WFM, etc) related to ordering, inventory, and production.
