Information Technology Summer Intern Reports To: Assistant Director of IT Status: Part Time Temporary JOB SUMMARY This position provides on-the-job training and work experience for the Intern, as well as learning about career opportunities in the Information Technology field. Deploy end-user computer hardware and software Perform software installation, upgrades and configuration Perform asset inventory management duties and maintain inventory records Perform various administrative functions in support of IT department operations QUALIFICATIONS Current college course work and experience troubleshooting and analyzing computer and network problems , preferred. Current college course work and experience using software deployment tools is a plus. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily. Greenville Water is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
