Sous Chef Salary: 65,000 - 75,000Location: Columbus, OHOur client is seeking a talented sous chef to join its culinary team and bring creative, high-quality dishes to life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Asian cuisine and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities: Ensure team in kitchens are trained to prepare dishes in timely fashion and with consistent level of excellence Achieve consistent product excellence, which includes training new cooks, retraining current staff and hiring the best cooks to handle the business volume and deliver quality food Supervise the line and operations hands-on; jumping in to lend a hand during busy times Interpret labor reports and keep all costs, including food, in line with budget Key Requirements: 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role Experience with Asian cuisine preferred Proven leadership experience in a professional kitchen Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team building, staff development, and fostering a positive work culture If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Ashley today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
