Restaurant Manager Position: Outlet Manager / Restaurant Manager / Lounge Manager Hotel: 4 Hotel Golf and Spa with multiple restaurant, bars and lounge Location: County Dublin, Ireland Salary: up to €40,000 plus benefits The Operation: Luxury Hotel Golf and Spa set in the stunning countryside of County Dublin in Ireland offering multiple restaurants, bars and lounges ; conference and events spaces ; a Spa and a stunning 18 holes Golf part of the Top 100 Courses in Ireland. You will be responsible for a 60 cover restaurant, offering a unique magnificent panoramic view over the surroundings scenery where guest can relax and enjoy various refreshment and freshly prepared dishes throughout the day. Job Purpose Responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the restaurant Responsible for meeting the overall revenue and cost targets of your outlet and ensure a profitable business operation. Responsible to assure high standard of service quality, organisation, efficiency and cleanliness of the restaurant. Support the recruitment, training and development of the team Develop and implement programmes to increase sales. Rotas, Budgeting and Forecasting for your department Managing all aspects of Health, Safety and Food Hygiene Handles guest complaints. Candidate Profile and Personal Qualities Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position, ideally in a luxury 4 or 5 Hotel; Previous experience in a Golf operation preferred. Must have an enthusiastic disposition especially in regards to food, service standards and consistency Possess a great personality and have a passion for hospitality Be proactive and forward thinking with excellent communication and organisational skills. Have strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, reward and develop a team. Computer literate Word, Outlook and Database knowledge; Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead & inspire a team; Ability to multitask & troubleshoot.
