GDC Registered Dentist Nurse New opportunity for a GDC Registered Dentist Nurse to work within the Dental Team, Based in Cambridge The team sits within the Dental Team with the role predominately Chair-side assistance for the dentist. Speed and accuracy will be required during all procedures with little or no margin for error. Speed and accuracy will be required during all procedures with little or no margin for error. As part of this role you will be ensuring Preparation of filling / Impression materials, anticipating requirements of the clinician and patient. You will also be observing and supporting the patient during treatment. You are there to always chaperone the dentist and be prepared to act as a witness. You will follow Trust/Local infection control procedures to ensure high standards of patient safety and assist the dentist during the taking of x-rays, participate in quality assurance. If appropriate advise the patient/parent/carer on principals of oral hygiene as directed by the dental officer and follow medicine management procedures in line with Trust policy. This role is to commence ASAP and will be full time working 37.5 hours per week with the shift patterns being Monday to Friday The pay rate for this role is: £15 Per Hour The Benefits of working with Service Care Solutions: We offer a £250 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency.
