Social worker : LAC: GBP43 P/hr Non Stop Care is currently working with a well established Local authority in the South of England who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Children In Care team. They are looking for positive and outgoing individuals to join their team. They have excellent training and developmental opportunities, improving your skills and creating more opportunities for yourself in the future. They offer the opportunity to work from home which offers extra support for their workforce and helps assist with effective and efficient caseload management, giving you greater job satisfaction and flexibility. Responsibilities: You will complete regular visits, backssments and care plans. You will need to develop close relationships with the children so that you can best understand and communicate the childrens wishes and support them so they achieve their full potential.
