We are looking for Junior Sous Chef who is confident using high quality fresh ingredients in a premium restaurant environment, averaging around 800 covers a week. As the Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef Rebecca and her longstanding team, to deliver exceptional food throughout service. The menu is fresh and seasonal, so you will be part of the menu development as well as having input into daily specials. Ideal Candidate Profile: Prior experience working in a busy fresh food environment. Highly organised, efficient and great attention to detail. Some experience working in a fine dining / premium setting. Responsibilities: Cooking all meals to spec. Assisting with management duties to ensure a smooth service. Making sure all food is cooked and plated to a fantastic standard. Working with the team and making sure they are suitable prepared to deliver outstanding service. Mentor and develop the existing team.
