To succeed as a Beverages Receiver, you will need: Passion about delivering great service Attention to detail Great organisation skills Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team Key Responsibilities within the role: Receive incoming deliveries of beverages, verifying their accuracy against purchase orders and packing lists. Inspect all beverage products for damage, quality, and freshness, reporting any discrepancies to the appropriate department. Accurately document all received products, including quantities, product codes, and any issues or discrepancies. Safely and efficiently store received products in designated storage areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and participate in periodic inventory counts Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines for the handling and storage of beverage products. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the beverage receiving and storage areas.
