Job Title: Sales Negotiator Location: Preston (Office Based) Salary: £24,000 - DOE. Plus Commission. Job type: Full time - Permanent. Hours: Mon-Fri (no weekends) 37.5 hours. Key aspects of the role include negotiating multiple offers through outstanding levels of customer services to effectively manage end to end business sales. About the role: Contribute to departmental success regarding sales completions and quality of service. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPI's to support our business model. Responsible for regularly updating clients through telephone contact maintaining high levels of customer care and professionalism in a busy office environment. Ensure press releases are delivered for all completions from sellers and buyers as well as providing quality for sale PR in line with Group Policy. To actively promote, the business, the brand and self in a professional, positive manner via social media, Linked In, twitter etc. Manage and maintain a database of vendor/clients and purchasers.
