We design and develop sophisticated microprocessor-controlled cryopreservation and incubation equipment for use in research and medical laboratories. In order to continue delivering this important, life changing work, and as a result of continued growth across the group, an experienced sales professional with a naturally consultative approach is required to join the team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a high paced consumables business and with a good understanding of capital equipment sales processes, ideally within the medical devices industry. As part of this wide-ranging role, the successful individual will manage the delivery of all aspects of the sales function within their particular portfolio and as such, the ability to develop relationships and plans with customers whilst maximising the effectiveness of these customers and achieving the required sales results is essential. Key Responsibilities Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
