Internal Account Manager : Bristol Up to GBP30000 + Bonus (GBP35K package) Training + Benefits Our client is a specialist in the IT market, they are growing as a business and have a large number of existing business customers. They now need a dynamic Internal Account Manager to join an existing team and help look after the clients. All new business will be with existing customers, you will be responsible for upselling new technology whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, carrying our contract renewals, and ensuring issues are escalated and dealt with efficiently. Full training will be provided, so this is all about finding the right person with a proactive sales attitude. The successful Internal Account Manager will demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills. the Internal Account Manager will need the following experience: Previous experience working in an internal sales / account manager business environment. Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to business deadlines. Be comfortable undertaking new client development bringing on new customers from a database of potential clients Ideally a full driving license The Internal Account Manager will receive specific industry training, work in brand new offices, have the opportunity to meet customers (virtually or face to face) and work towards an uncapped commission scheme with excellent career progression.
