Purpose Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation the Compensation Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day compensation program, policies, procedures and competitive pay practices (as assigned). The Compensation Analyst II provides support to the Total Rewards and Human Resources team and assists with the management of the compensation system and tools to ensure programs evolve with the changing needs of the organization; comply with legal requirements, achieve internal equity, external competitiveness and meet employee needs. Accountabilities Supports the execution and program management related to the Company Base Pay and Variable programs (such as governance, policy and establishment of guidelines). Ensure jurisdiction compliance with all applicable legislation and SOX. Assists with the calculation and delivery of the annual merit and bonus payouts and ensuring the quality and timeliness of communication and payments. Assist with preparation of department budget creation as it relates to Compensation and responsible for preparation of Bonus Accruals. Responsible for routine system maintenance, audits and governance of the organization's title convention and incentive targets as it relates to organizational levels and compensation salary structure. Assist with the research of trends and best practices. Conduct compensation analysis to recommend market competitive and internally equitable pay practices Assist in the completion and analysis of various benchmarking surveys Responsible for compensation related responses to data requests to.
