OEM Account Manager : Automotive (Hybrid) In support of a globally recognised and firmly established brand manufacturing and supplying sensors and ignition components to vehicle engine manufacturers in particular, following recent changes within the UK and international OEM Department we have a rare opportunity to fill a highly desirable position of OEM Account Manager with a particular focus on supporting the existing commercial and technical relationship with Ford in the UK. As an OEM Account Manager will work on a hybrid basis alongside the Design/Application/Project Engineers in the UK/Europe/Japan to provide effective engineering and commercial support. Working with design and development engineers and purchasing teams within vehicle and engine manufacturers, you will: Manage the core relationship Identify new business opportunities alongside the European BD team Be involved in establishing pricing and strategy for multi: year agreements Monitor competition Understand and manage quality/technical documentation Liaise with overseas personnel and administer all component parts of the role efficiently. Your ability to organise workload in an efficient manner is paramount and the role will require travelling to customers, both in the U. K. and internationally. This position could require occasional overnight stays and travel within the EU. A business: like appearance coupled with a clear delivery is required. Applicants will be competent with MS Office and Google Workspace and have clear working knowledge of internal Ford/JLR processes.
