About the role Are you a graduate looking to secure a career in sales? Or perhaps you're currently working in sales and want to take the next step in your career? We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active, and self-motivated individual to join the UK Sheet Plant Division as our Direct Sales Representative, providing packaging services to a whole range of customers. This role will be responsible for managing an existing customer base across the sites whilst identifying new opportunities that maximise benefits for both us and the customer. Working with your colleagues in Design and Commercial, you will review costings and build proposals for each customer to best meet the their needs. There is also opportunities to collaborate with the customers to identify opportunities in their supply chain to improve efficiencies and reduce cost through development of innovative solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to progress within a career within sales as with our supportive team and excellent development opportunities, we see this person progressing onto senior sales roles in the future. Being organised with fantastic attention to detail is vital to this role as you will ensure our pricing & costing documents and customer quotes are all accurate and updated as needed. This role is a central part of our team and deals with lots of different information, so being able to a variety of stakeholders and internal partners is key to being successful in this role. You will also be liaising directly with customers so a perfect role for a natural people-person. So, if you have excellent attention to detail, have experience of working within a customer facing role and fancy new challenge within a sales function - then we might be looking for you! About you You'll be a graduate with a background in customer service looking to begin a career in sales. Or you'll have relevant Sales, Customer Service or Account Management experience.
