Internal Sales Executive : Basingstoke GBP23000: GBP25000 + OTE + Bens Leading IT Provider with an excellent reputation in the marketplace and recognised by their peers by securing a number of awards in the last 12 months, our client is looking to grow the size of their sales division by taking on 2 Internal Sales Executive who want to work in the Telephony and IT Market selling into the private sector. for this post, candidates can come from a wide background, but must have at least 12 months experience in a sales environment getting involved in new business development and working different stages of the sales process. All Internal Sales Executives will need to show a tenacious attitude and a desire to work in a target driven environment. Joining an existing sales team, you will get involved in a mixture of new business and also account development and can expect full training on all aspects of the sales process including our clients CRM system and working in conjunction with the field sales team. With an uncapped commission scheme applicants can expect to earn in excess of GBP35,000 in your first year and also get the opportunity after training to move into an Account Management position.
