We are looking for a Clinical Lead to join our team at a Nursing Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents. Responsibilities: Develop and implement clinical strategies in accordance with best practice guidelines. Provide professional leadership and support to all staff. Monitor the quality of care provided and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Ensure that appropriate risk backssments are completed on a regular basis. Organize staff training sessions to ensure that best practice is maintained. Requirements: · Registered Nurse with valid license from relevant regulatory body. · Minimum 2 years' experience in a nursing home setting, including 2 years in a senior role. · Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. · Knowledge of current legislation relating to nursing homes.
