Tulsi Enterprise Inc. DBA Tim Hortons Restaurant located at 6001 Yonge St, North York, ON is looking for four permanent, full-time ‘Food Service Supervisors’ to join their team as soon as possible. Job Title: Food Service Supervisor Work Location: 6001 Yonge St, North York, ON M2M 2H3 Wage: $17.00 per hour; 35 hours per week Number of positions: 4 Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent Start Date: As soon as possible Job Duties: • Supervise & co-ordinate activities of food counter attendants, bakers and other workers at restaurant. • Schedule shifts for staff members like team leaders, counter attendants, etc. and set work procedures. • Estimate & order restaurant supplies; breads, bagels, tim bits, vegetables, sauces, soups etc and maintain adequate level of inventory. • Provide training to staff in their job duties when required. • Ensure acceptable food quality and service levels. • May assist in hiring & training staff. • Maintain records of stock, expenses, repairs, sales, and wastage. • Oversee and respond to customer concerns and resolve employee concerns. • Perform same duties as workers supervised.
