When customers and business partners think of IT, we are strategic partners capable of enacting value-adding change through standardization, differentiation and innovation. As the IT Analyst you will be responsible for providing on-site support, maintenance and fault diagnosis, to Manage diagnosis and resolution of IT operational problems. You will be required to support new business requirements, undertaking project work as required, supporting the installation and testing of new applications and projects while coordinating hardware procurement and repair as required. Furthermore, you will support analysis and solution design as required. You will act as the first point of contact for IT queries, dealing with IT related problems and queries referred by other business teams. Within this role you will have an proactive approach in identifying and executing IT coaching and training needs and undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested by the IT Manager. The key responsibilities in this role include; Analysis & IT Solution Development - Development of business requirements & translation into IT solution definition for development, testing, deployment & ongoing service management. Deployment & support of warehouse & transport & associated business systems deployment and testing across multiple sites and contracts.
