Account Manager : up to GBP30,000 + OTE + Benefits (Hybrid working) Based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. IT Consultancy based in Basingstoke are looking for an Account Manager to join the team and have the responsibility of looking after a set number of reseller partners maintaining first class business partnerships and selling across hardware technology including Server, Storage and PC/Laptops. The Account Manager will need to have the following: A minimum of 2:3 years IT sales experience ideally working for an IT Distributor and have knowledge of a range of vendor partners including Dell, Sonic Wall, Intel and Veeam. Previous experience working as a Key Account Manager, controlling monthly sales targets and KPIs. Ability to work in a hybrid role coming into the office 2 days a week. Comfortable meeting customers virtually and face to face walking the floor offering guidance of products sold. Full driving license. Th Account Manager will have the full support of a project, customer service and technical team and a large element of this position will be focused on client success, so whilst sales targets are important, client retention is vital as you will be responsible for some of the largest partners of the company. The role comes with a very attractive commission scheme, and you can expect to earn excess of GBP50,000 with top earner on 6 figure packages.
