Job Duties: • Supervise full time and part time staff in food preparation. • Establish work schedules and coordinate staff activities, complete and post staff schedules. • Practice inventory control standards, maintain inventory of food ingredients and supplies and requisition as required. • Perform daily closeout procedures on POS system. • Communicate changes to staff in regards to food preparations, & standards, etc. • Ensuring that food safety, product preparation and cleanliness standards are maintained. • Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports. • Ensuring labour and production plans are adjusted as per the requirement to minimize the wastage• Assist in hiring and training new team members. • Keep the updated records of stock of food supplies, everyday sales and wastage Requirements• Secondary School Completion is required.
