We are recruiting for a Med Tech R&D Technologies Technical Product Manager (TPM) for Enabling Functions, based out of the Pinewood, UK campus. In this role you will be responsible for the vision and prioritization of new technical features and enhancements to the Enabling Functions group to meet IT and business needs. Also accountable for technical delivery and value realization in partnership with the business partners, Product and Platform Groups. Key Responsibilities: Define the vision, strategy and OKR's/SLA's for the functions being delivered, aligning business demand with the product/ platform roadmap Establish technology roadmaps to achieve efficient and effective delivery of business and customer value. Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency and reliability. Define the standards for the group including overall design, features and development standards, release management processes, testing/validation and compliance. Be accountable for cross-team communication and coordination. Facilitate Change Control and Risk Management processes. Drive continual measurement and improvement of metrics and capabilities against corporate and Industry standards. Coordinate and support ISRM, Asset Management and other requirements. Orchestrate team level cadence of quarterly planning reviews, etc. Qualifications Education: Required University/Bachelors Degree in Computer and Information Science Experience and Skills: Required: Strong leadership/facilitation skills and ability to build respectful and productive partnership relationships with peers. Should effectively influence/negotiate at all levels of the organization with harmonization purposes. Working experience in navigating and dealing effectively within a complex organization, managing complexity, engaging and collaborating with multi-disciplined teams and influencing without line authority. .
