Location of work : 15081 Spenser Dr, Surrey BC, V3S 5Z6, Canada (Various sites in the Lower Mainland) Job title: Construction Painter Supervisor No. of vacancies: 1Start Date: As soon as possible Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 40 hours per week. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 40 hours per week. Wage: $34.00 per hour for 40 hours per week Benefits: 4% vacation pay. Extended Medical Coverage for of up to 80% after completing 90 days with the company JOB REQUIREMENT Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Language: English JOB DUTIES 1. Supervise workers and projects2. Co-ordinate and schedule activities3. Train or arrange for training4. Estimate costs and materials5. Read blueprints and drawings6. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Supervision5-10 people Painters and decorators Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required. Working Conditions: Candidate should be able to lift weight (50lbs). Should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and all weather conditions.
