Summary The Business Analyst role supports Cell Carta’s lab operations applications centered around the lab information ecosystem and supports all Cell Carta business units utilizing related applications within this platform (LIMS). The Business Analyst is responsible for: Main Responsibilities The evaluation of application and process solutions to meet business requirements Support application design to meet business requirements Testing and deployment of various applications, including, initially, Star LIMS and related boundary and SDMS solutions, and may expand over time across Cell Carta’s application landscape Supporting business application stakeholders in testing and deployment of lab application solutions and processes Collaborating with lab operations to develop and execute user acceptance tests for business requirements Collaborating with IT to design and prepare adequate user requirements, functional and technical documentation Serves as a process and application subject matter expert Provides training and developing user guides Drafts user and functional requirements and user stories documentation Drafts, reviews and updates SOPs End user training support Analyze business processes and summarize them in both visual and written formats Gather business requirements and support the business in the definition of correct requirements to meet business needs Recommend application and process solutions to meet business.
