As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems. As a Technical SAP Success Factors LMS Lead, you are passionate about providing positive learning environment through world-class learning technology that contributes to Hatch’s People Development vision of bringing out the best leader in us all. As the successful candidate, you will: • Manage the operations of our Hatch award winning Learning system and tools (e. g. LMS, virtual classroom, authoring tools, etc. ) ensuring the LMS administration team is using the functionality effectively to ensure the integrity of our learning data and globally drive efficiency and effectiveness • Work with the People Development Content Manager to manage the daily operational activities and ongoing maintenance of the SAP Success Factors Learning module through our regional LMS administration team • Partner with HRIS/IT teams to plan and maintain an environment that provides a seamless learning experience across all regions • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and recommend roadmap.
