This is their first launch overseas and we are anticipating high volumes The stunning site is based in a serious tourist hotspot, holds 120 covers at a time and is going to be serving some tremendous authentic cuisine with a modern twist Benefits of the role: Competitive base salary of up to £55,000Ability to take ownership for the FOH operation Excellent growth opportunities within the group Opportunity to work with likeminded, hardworking individuals Who will you be as Restaurant Manager You must genuinely understand Asian culture and cuisine first and foremost A proven background of working with premium products in a busy environment. Standards and quality driven, with forensic attention to detail. You will give an impactful first impression and have a warm and approachable nature. Back of house knowledge is a plus, along with the ability to influence and inspire a team. Deep passion for the Hospitality world; food, drink, culture, and service essential A great motivator with a hands-on work ethic and established sense of responsibility.
