The Platforms Associate is responsible for supporting the commercial business as a domain expert on data, analytics and our reporting and CRM platforms. Collaborate across diverse functions and levels within the organization to enable data-driven, patient-focused decision making. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the advancement of our commercial reporting platform to support measurement process and provide operationalized reporting across all syndicate and proprietary data sources. Coordinate the design, implementation and adoption of CRM system capabilities to support key planning and Go-To-Market processes for the commercial organization. Provide data analysis and analytic solutions to inform business decisions, drive competitive advantage and facilitate insight generation by the commercial organization. Provide commercial sales and marketing end-user platform support and training. Locate and define new data and analytics process improvement opportunities. Required: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree A minimum of 2 years professional work experience Prior work experience as a systems or data analyst and working knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools; Excel, Qlik, Tableau Strong data integrity management and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data using statistical techniques; detail and.
