Mc Cain products can be found in thousands of restaurants and supermarket freezers around the world. In addition to fries, Mc Cain also produces other foods, including appetizers, oven meals, vegetables, and juice for both the retail and foodservice industries. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join us in Carberry, MB. This position will report directly to the Plant Manager. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for effectively planning, organizing, leading, and overseeing the Engineering and Maintenance department. The successful candidate must ensure they maintain a clean work environment with a focus on proper handling techniques and safety. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that the factory operates at the highest possible efficiency at the lowest cost, by proper selection, installation, maintenance, and modification of all equipment/machinery. Direct maintenance of equipment and plant infrastructure to meet production requirements and minimize downtime. Develop and execute capital projects to meet schedules and budgets. Lead continuous technical improvement of the facility, equipment, and production systems.
