In addition, we have an extensive support team to drive service excellence and we maintain a sizable inventory of OEM parts. We are the industry leader in Canada, and we care beyond service! This is a contract position is for 9 months with the possibility of extension. A Day in the life: In the role of Parts Expert / Customer Service Representative, the primary responsibility is selling the right parts to customers in a professional and timely manner, regardless of their geographic location. Effective service is achieved by quickly and accurately backssing the customer's needs, researching, ordering, and ensuring delivery of the required parts. As the face of the Company, a Parts Expert / Customer Service Representative plays a key role as they deliver professionalism, competence, and care that the customer experiences firsthand in person and via telephone calls and emails. Responsibilities: Manages all inbound/outbound calls in a courteous, customer-oriented manner. Listens to and understands customer needs and must be able to provide verbal and written quotes. Conducts parts research. Accurately processes customer purchase orders. Follows up with customers to discuss the status and progress of purchase orders and parts research. Maintains strong relationships with customers and manufacturers. Assists walk in customers, assisting with researching/processing of orders and parts picking from warehouse.
