Requisition ID: 71232 Job Description Skyworks Solutions is seeking a Senior RF power amplifier (PA) designer for its Diversified Analog Solutions business unit at its location in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. This candidate will join a diverse team of RFIC, Analog IC and Module designers assisting in the concept, design, integration, and delivery of complex multichip, multi-technology RFIC-based wireless module solutions for Wi-Fi applications. Skyworks is a world class, vertically integrated company with manufacturing capabilities in RF semiconductors, acoustic filters, packaging, and test. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of product realization and work with an extended cross-site team to validate and deliver high-performance RF products from concept to high volume markets. Job Responsibilities: • Design of RF power amplifiers and related circuits for Wi-Fi applications using Ga As, Ga N, SOI, or Si Ge • Lab testing and characterization of highly integrated Wi-Fi Front end modules • Hands on design responsibility including overview of detailed IC layout, lab evaluation, and back-fitting of designs. • Presentation of detailed design reviews including all aspects of design: IC, Package,.
