Job details-Location: Stoney Creek, ONSalary: $41.00 hourly for 35 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time Day, Evening, Overtime, Morning Start date: Starts as soon as possible Vacancies: 1 vacancy Verified Source Job Bank #2266663 Overview-Languages: English Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience:2 years to less than 3 years Responsibilities & Tasks: Identify clients' financial goals and objectives Supervise staff Analyze clients' financial records Develop financial plans for clients Make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement and estate planning Arrange for sale of financial products and investments Review and examine financial services and institutions to ensure compliance with governing legislation and regulation Investigate possible unethical conduct or breeches of securities or commodity futures law Underwrite new issues of stocks and bonds Negotiate with corporations and government to determine the type and terms of new securities issue Prepare offering prospectus for new issues of stocks and bonds Negotiate mortgage loans and make application for mortgage to lenders or lending institutions on behalf of client Administer estate, personal, charitable, corporate and other types of trusts, direct trust account investments, receive and record investment income and disburse trust funds Train, direct and motivate staff Plan and control budget and expenditures Oversee the preparation of reports Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data Monitor financial control systems Manage contracts Establish and implement policies and procedures Design and manage investment strategies Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs Advise senior management Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Supervision:3-4 people Experience and specialization-Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access MS Excel MS Power Point MS Outlook Additional.
