Along with verdant greens and lush landscapes, Quail Lodge is home to Edgar’s, a farm-to-table restaurant that highlights fresh local produce and adheres to the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch guidelines of sustainability.Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail Lodge & Golf Club, we are seeking a Sponsorship Service Coordinator to support our Peninsula Signature Events Department.* Work for a highly prestigious hotel located in sunny Carmel Valley, California.* Learn and grow within a strong hospitality operation.* Exceptional medical benefits, Employee discounts on Lodge, Golf, and Dining services. Key Accountabilities:* Provide direct administrative assistance to Sponsorship Manager while acting as a primary liaison with internal and external partners to ensure all sponsor assets are delivered as contracted* Support external communication calendar, created by Sponsorship Manager* Lead collecting, tracking and submitting sponsor build permitting and COIs* Maintain tracking and invoicing of sponsor related operational expenses such as Heavy Equipment, Electrical and Wi-Fi* Assist with accounts payable and receivable related to sponsors* Develop a thorough understanding of available assets and existing contracts* Create, maintain, and distribute documents for sponsor load in and load out logistics* Manage fulfillment including sponsor ticket, parking (both physical mailings and digital distribution) and marketing assets such as logo usage* Act as main point of contact for assigned associates onsite (clients, external partners and others) General Requirements* Bachelor's Degree preferred or its equivalent combination of education, training, and experience* Minimum 2 years of high-level event experience* Must be able to work early morning, day, weekend and holiday shifts as needed* Ability to work in fast-paced environment* Must have possess a high level of confidentiality Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE Benefits We Offer* 10 vacation days per year* 5 sick days per year* 9 holidays days per year* Complimentary employee meals* Complimentary parking* Complimentary uniform laundering* Discounted and complimentary room nights at The Peninsula Hotels* 25% restaurant discount* 40% discount on retail* Complimentary use of golf course* 80% company-paid medical, dental and vision coverage* Complimentary life insurance* Complimentary long-term disability* Retirement plan with 5% company match
