Real Estate Home Buyer - Property Specialist We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. Join our team and be mentored in the industry. No license is required and we will train you. This is a great opportunity to break into real estate And learn how to do it correctly. Responsibilities:• Follow up on all leads and requests for information• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed• Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends• Attend in-person appointments with sellers and make offers to purchase their homes Qualifications:• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments• Must live in Corpus Christi, TX• Have 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service Compensation: $36,000 - $120,000 yearly About Company: HomeVestors of America is the largest residential home buyer in the country with nearly 1200 offices.
