The Warehouse team is committed to Customer Service through accurate and efficient order fulfillment, best-in-class inventory management, and streamlined communication. What’s In It For Me? Our Seasonal On-Call Warehouse Associates are crewed to meet the changing demands of our business while working within each employee's availability. This position will be used as supplemental help during heightened business needs. This position will start in May and work through August. What Will I Be Doing? Warehouse associates will be responsible for the following aspects of our daily shipping and receiving processes:Accurate and efficient order picking, packing and fulfillment; conducting inventory cycle counts; receiving product and accurate put-away; warehouse sanitation activities. What Do I Need to Demonstrate? As well as a hunger to learn & succeed, and a passion for working in a small, fast-growing company, to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following: Ability to report to work on-time when scheduled. Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs. Ability to effectively communicate with manager and co-workers. Self-starter - ability to see work that needs to be done and take initiative to do it. Ability to balance speed and efficiency with accuracy during daily processes. What Else Do I Need to Know?
