Duties:Assist in mergers and acquisitions and other significant business transactions.Conduct due diligence reviews.Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, merger agreements, and disclosure schedules.Provide legal advice and support to clients on transactional matters.Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to achieve successful outcomes.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Perform legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.Provide support and guidance to junior associates and legal staff. Requirements:3+ years of law firm experience in mergers and acquisitions and other significant business transactions.Excellent academic credentials.Active, in good standing, state bar license.Strong transactional skills.Entrepreneurial mindset.Strong client-service ethic.Outstanding interpersonal skills.Excellent writing and drafting skills.High level of attention to detail.Track record of responsiveness.Strong client relationship skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Active, in good standing, State Bar license.
