The candidate will represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Conduct initial investigations. Prepare consistent reporting for clients detailing significant case developments. Trucking, construction, premises liability, and product defect litigation are relevant to the practice areas the candidate would be handling. Must be admitted to practice in Georgia. Other Bar admissions are welcome. Providing clients with the highest level of representation and service, this firm specializes in civil litigation, construction law, community associations, general litigation, labor law, municipal law, product liability, transportation, and special education litigation. Over the years, the firm has grown to a mid-sized regional firm with a strong presence throughout each state.Additional Skills: The candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed. A strong understanding of Georgia law and procedure is required.
