Kid Centered Therapy is looking for dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician to join our team to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children and adolescents. Our services take place in different environments. KCT provides therapy services in the client’s natural environment, such as their home, school, or other community setting. Registered Behavior Technician are responsible for implementing the behavior plan and goals created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The candidate will assist clients with day to day activities, monitor and track targeted behaviors, record and collect data on clients’ progress and communicate with clients. Other duties include clerical and administrative duties. Driving is kept within an agreeable distance. A strong desire to help others and a passion for personal growth Exceptional communication and teamwork skills A positive, energetic, and caring personality Possession of a smartphone and computer Capability to travel to multiple destinations on a daily basis Occasional lifting capacity of 25 pounds Competence in using a computer, tablet, and smartphone Position may require standing for extended periods of time Language: English (Required)Bilingual (Preferred) No Third Party Agencies or Submissions Will Be Accepted.
