Full Time We are looking for a Full-Time Leasing Agent to show our Class A and B Properties. Looking for a top-notch A player to join our team. Must be willing to move quickly in a fast-paced environment. There are growth opportunities in this performance-based company. Responsibilities:• Serves as the front line face of 901 Real Estate Services for all incoming clients and prospective residents• Process new leads and follow up on existing leads• Show prospective residents on a daily basis• Coordinate collaborative property marketing efforts with the Marketing Manager• Assist in performing property inspections including but not limited to pre-move-out/transfer, post-move-out, and pre-move-in quality control inspections Qualifications:• Leasing/Property Management experience is preferred• Sales background is preferred• Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets, and Multiple Listing Service• Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines• Knowledge of Google Chrome and using Google Search• Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel• Must be quick in all leasing aspects as this is a fast-moving position Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly About Company: 901 Real Estate Services is a full-service boutique-style real estate company.
