Hvac Installation Technician

Our growing HVAC company is looking for a problem solver with a can-do attitude and a proven record of install experience in the HVAC field. You are an accomplished HVAC install tech that will meet clients at their home to troubleshoot, diagnose, and safely install a variety of HVAC equipment. You’ll also be responsible for installing indoor air quality and control systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role, as you’ll be working with industry professionals and customers. You have the technical skills to read and apply blueprints, codes, and manuals to any job, and are comfortable with using HVAC power and hand tools to get the job done. Responsibilities: • Probe tubing joints, pipes, and connections for possible leaks• Check electrical testing equipment to check all electrical circuits and components• Attach pipes or tubing from the fuel, water, or refrigerant source to HVAC equipment • Replace heating, air conditioning, air quality, refrigeration, and control systems• Communicate with clients on how to properly use and maintain their new equipment Qualifications: • Must have a basic understanding of high voltage connections and low voltage electrical wiring• Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school and 2+ years as an HVAC installation technician• Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent• Excellent math, people, and problem-solving skills• Must have required state and local HVAC technician licenses • Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics• Must have a valid Driver License with no major accidents or tickets Compensation: $21.68 - $31.88 hourly About Company: We are more than just a service provider – we're a trusted partner for clients, delivering reliable solutions with a focus on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
