Social worker: Safeguarding: Flexible working : Up to GBP41 p/hr Non Stop Care is currently working with a well established local authority in the Berkshire area who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Safeguarding team. They are looking for positive and outgoing individuals to join their team. They have excellent training and developmental opportunities, improving your skills and creating more opportunities for yourself in the future. They offer the opportunity to work from home which offers extra support for their workforce and helps assist with effective and efficient caseload management, giving you greater job satisfaction and flexibility. Responsibilities: Engage with children, their carers and families in such a way as to clearly understand their circumstances, wishes and feelings and form conclusions which direct longer term interventions focused on the best interests of the child. To work as a member of an integrated service alongside families and carers to ensure that children and young people can meet their potential. Benefits: Competitive pay rate : Up to GBP41 p/hr Hybrid Manageable caseload Supportive management Ongoing Contract Training and developmental opportunities Immediate start Requirements: The role requires a recognised social work qualification and relevant post: qualification experience and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience, ideally within Child Protection teams. You will also hold a full drivers license and have access to a vehicle.
